In addition to machines and equipment for the meat-processing and beverage sectors, PSS SVIDNÍK, a.s. also offers custom manufacturing services based on customer requirements and documentation.

The custom production range includes welding and structures of different types and sizes: panels, cartridges, plates, boards, supports, frames, hoppers, platforms, railings and many other different parts not only for the food and beverage sectors, but also for the pharmaceutical, chemical and automotive industries. The manufacture of custom parts involves machining, welding, plasma cutting and water jet cutting work as well as surface treatment by glass-bead blasting, sand blasting or grinding.

Parts are made from structural steel. The most common materials include A-304 (1.4301), A-316 (1.4401), A-316L (1.4404), A-316Ti (1.4571).
