PSS SF 820 Speed Flaker

PSS SF 820 is designed for fast and quality cutting of whole frozen meat blocks and other food products with the temperature down to -25 °C. The machine is suitable for medium and large food industry facilities thanks to its specially modified tilting table and high performance. PSS SF 820 is a guarantee for gentle product cutting on small, medium and large flakes. The cutting thickness exists in two variants: A 14/17/20 and B 39/42/45.

The frozen meat blocks are placed on the tilting table of PSS SF and there can be 2 blocks placed together longitudinally. Subsequently the blocks are moved towards the cutting drum automatically and the thrusters ensure optimal block position for perfect and quality product cutting. PSS SF 820 achieves the high performance also by the cutting drum design, on which nine knives are mounted and are standardly adjustable to three cutting thicknesses.
