PSS VNU 159 Vacuum Stuffing Machine

 

PSS VNU 159 Universal vacuum stuffing machine is a device designed for a perfect stuffing mainly of meat products, but also of other food products. It enables a continual stuffing process and batching of processed material. PSS VNU 159 can operate fluently or in various pre-set batches. The device ensures a reliable operation and contributes to achieving a premium quality final product.

 

 

 

 

Material, prepared for processing, is fed into the hopper, where it is caught by two feeding worms and gently moved towards the metering pump. By using the vacuum system, the PSS VNU 159 ensures thorough stuffing and prevention of possible air bubble creation, what results in improvement of binding itself and achieving of increased quality of final product. Moreover, the PSS VNU 159 is characterized by a minimal product residue.
