                                                     of PSS cutter


On Friday, 27th of August 2010, the team PSS came to the enterprise LEGON at five o‘clock in the morning and provided the frozen meat block cutter.

The first tests were successful. The personnel of the company PSS carefully prepared everything for a professional operation of the machine.

Subject: Test result

Regarding the test of machine SF 620 from PSS SVIDNÍK, a.s. at Milex Nové Mesto nad Váhom, a.s., we comfirm that the machine is suitable for processing – shredding of hard cheese without any doubt. The test took place on 15.6.2011 with the presence of PSS and Milex representatives. Other cheese types of similar characteristics and structure were processed by the machine during next week. We were maximally satisfied with the results of the cheese shredding. The characteristics of processed hard cheeses are in the appendix.
