Boiling chambers are equipment designed for industrial production of heat-treated meat and other food products. They provide automatic product processing by boiling. The technological process of heat treatment is controlled by a microprocessor control system according to a pre-selected program. The design and equipment of a boiling system is substantially the same as those of smoking chambers.
