Bone/Meat Separators
Bone/meat separators are machines designed for industrial production of meat and other food products. They provide mechanical separation of residual meat from poultry, pork and beef bones, pre-processed using a bone cutter, which are conveyed to the separator by means of a worm gear conveyor. The worm gear pushes ground bones with meat against a perforated screen where meat is separated from bones. The resulting product is collected directly from the separator into a handling cart, and the waste material moves by a chute to another cart. The machine delivers significant economic and performance benefits.
