Meat Massagers

Meat massagers are machines designed for industrial production of meat and other food products. They provide meat massaging, mixing and salting in a vacuum, depending on the program chosen. The massaging process is automated and controlled by a control system. The design of each blade enables high-quality massaging and emptying without damaging the meat structure. Meat massaging in a vacuum (up to 95%) loosens the meat structure and improves its binding properties. The resulting effects are improved taste properties and cross-cut structure.
