Vacuum High-Speed Bowl Cutters

Vacuum high-speed bowl cutters are machines designed for industrial production of meat and other food products. A product processed in a vacuum features better water and fat binding and improved thermal stability. The crosscut structure of meat products is free of air pockets. Their speed can be regulated in steps, thereby allowing operators to achieve the required finished product structure. Reverse rotation provides mild agitation.
