Vacuum Stuffing Machines

Vacuum stuffers are machines designed for industrial production of meat and other food products. They are suitable for stuffing all sausage-like products. They can be operated in a continuous mode or an adjustable batch mode. The product is continuously conveyed to the feeder, and therefore it has an efficient output capacity. Vacuum stuffers are fitted with a compressor by means of which the vacuum can be appropriately set in order to prevent the formation of air pockets. Stuffing tubes are replaceable and in different gauges. With a view to improving their utility, these machines are equipped with a high speed motor delivering higher head output in the continuous stuffing mode. Also stuffing with the use of an additional turning attachment is possible.

Vacuum stuffers feature robust design meeting all hygienic and long lifespan requirements.

Smooth shapes and polished surfaces enable perfect cleaning.

All important controls fall within the operator’s field of vision and are easily accessible.
