Working environment

Company area

We started the modernization of buildings and premises in 2005. We reconstructed the facade and interior of the office building, production halls together with their designation as well as the dining room. The company premises were modified with new fencing and functional parking, information map and of course flora.

Offices

We finished the reconstruction of the office building with the reception and the gatehouse in 2013. In the same year, we opened a study academy that serves for internal training, seminars and courses. The aim was to create a friendly working environment in which employees will be able to constructively create and work, and in which customers will gain a sense of trust towards PSS SVIDNÍK, a.s. as their supplier.

Production halls

The assembly of the company’s products takes place in two production halls. During the existence of the company, we have invested in the purchase of new machinery and modern production technologies, which we continue to this day. These devices not only streamline the manufacturing process and simplify the work for production workers, but also improve the quality and aesthetics of our products. In addition, heating, built-in radiators and modified road markings have been implemented in the production halls. In September 2017 we started to modernize our production facilities by laying new epoxy floors and we are currently working on expanding CNC technologies in our production.

Showroom

We started the construction of a showroom in 2013 and in 2019 it was finally completed. The showroom is an exhibition space that serves for the presentation of the company and its products to customers and other important partners as well as for educational and social activities for employees. In this way, we will be able to provide the customer with a demonstration of the products and solutions produced and offered by our company.
